1) Quick Log - To log a case and be contacted by a Customer Support Representative

2) Phone - To talk directly with a Customer Support Representative (subject to availability).

3) Sign up Up and Log In - To access additional resources... 

- Submit a request for information or support 

- Review past cases or other cases within your organization. 

- Access the Auth Code Request Panel to have an Auth Code emailed to you 

- Search, participate and Subscribe to Release Notices, Technical Bulletins, Support Alerts or other forums
